About Taiwan Distribution Center
Founded in 1989, Taiwan Distribution Center(TDC) is an affiliated company that was established through reinvestment by Taiwan FamilyMart Co., Ltd.; it is now a leader in Taiwan’s logistics service industry.
We strives to provide professional services that meet its clients’ “timeliness, proper location, proper quantity, freshness, health, and safety” requirements. It features seven logistical centers spread out through the north, center, south, and east, all of which work with delivery fleets to satisfy clients’ requirements for products of multi-temperature. Through its logistical total-solution, TDC reduce the gap between supply and demand and ensure the freshness, safety, and health of products.
Furthermore, to assist our clients in handling the rapidly changing business environment and to respond to the public’s increased food safety awareness, we have introduced both a Traceability-Warehouse-Management-System and a Transportation-Management-System, as well as obtained HACCP and ISO22000:2018 certifications ensuring that our logistical centers operate in high quality.

Depending on client’s demand and information system, TDC provides flexible order-management-system to process orders digitally and efficiently.
│Storage and goods sorting management
TDC provides multi-temperature controlled storage (form frozen to normal temperature).With T-WMS ,TDC can monitor the status of products and make sure the quality can meet clients’ requirement.
To enhancing efficient picking activities , TDC arranges optimized picking workflow and adopting with electronic picking system according to order attributes.
│Delivery services
We have a dense delivery network throughout Taiwan, with six logistical centers currently located at Linkou, Daxi, Ruifang, Taichung, Yunlin, Kaohsiung, and Hualien. To meet our clients’ demands, we offer various delivery methods with multi-temperature to support logistical active(delivery,transforring), 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our Transportation Management System (TMS) allows for the real-time monitoring of temperature and trucks speeds during delivery to enhance efficiency and high-quality services.
To further improve the quality of our client-end services, in addition to delivery-to-store services, TDC can also assist our clients with reverse logistics activities, such as product returns, quality inspections, and product retirement, as well as waste recycling, which aids environment protection.

In addition to logistics service, TDC also offers product development services as part of a integrated services. Product development services include national/international product procurement, import devanning/ LCL, etc. Product lines of TDC includes FMCG , food and beverages (such as oil, grains, aquatic products, meat, processed foods, condiments, etc.).

│HACCP and ISO 22000
TDC obtained dual certifications for food safety management systems in 2010, which are HACCP and ISO22000. These certifications ensure that the Company’s processes, from processing, transportation, storage, and retail to packaging comply with the food safety system’s requirements, so that clients can receive fresh, safe, and healthy products through our high-quality operation system.

To implement the food safety policy of “safe products make clients feel safe”, TDC established Food Safety & Inspection Center in 2016, and passed proficiency testing of external certification agency in 2018.
